Blended isn't for everyone. And that's the point.

We're selective about who joins this community because the community is half of what makes it work. Before you book a tour, read the lists below. If one of them describes you, save us both the time. If the other one does, we should probably talk.

Right fit for Blended.

  • You're busy. Career, kids, real life. You want one hour that's actually yours.
  • You're done starting over. You want a place where consistency is the norm, not the exception.
  • You want to do hard things, on purpose, in a room with people doing the same.
  • You want coaches who know your name, your goals, and notice when you're not there.
  • You're an adult who already knows the price. You're not looking for a deal, you're looking for the right room.

Probably not the right fit.

  • You're shopping on price and looking for the cheapest gym in town.
  • You want a 24-hour key-fob gym with no human interaction.
  • You're hoping for a free trial, an introductory discount, or a "give it a try" offer.
  • You want to be invisible in the back of a class and never spoken to.
  • You're not actually ready to train consistently and want a gym to blame for it.

Built for people who want to do hard things.

We're 11,000 square feet on Wright Ave in Dartmouth, tucked between Burnside and Dartmouth Crossing. Three distinct training spaces under one roof. Never overcrowded. Built specifically so you can show up at 6 a.m., on your lunch break, or after the kids are down, and the room is ready for you.

Seven HYROX classes a day Monday through Friday, plus weekend classes. Open gym for the people who already know what they're doing. Personal training for the people who want a coach in their corner every rep.

Our price is the price. Everyone pays the same at Blended.

No introductory rates that double in three months. No "first month half off." No tiers based on how hard you negotiate. Three honest options, listed below.

10 class punch pass
$220
+ tax · Expires 1 year
Ten classes to use on your schedule. Expires one year from purchase date. Good for people training only a few times a week or supplementing our group classes while building toward bigger fitness goals outside the gym.

Personal training
$89+
Per session + tax
One-on-one with a coach. Pricing starts at $89 a session and varies based on frequency. Higher-frequency packages come with added benefits. We'll walk you through your options on the tour.
Why pricing is on the page: because if it's missing from your decision, you'll spend the tour worried about it instead of paying attention to whether Blended is your kind of room. Now you know. Now we can talk about whether this is the right fit.

"The owners have built something special and this truly feels like a community. The class sizes are reasonable and the coaches were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pricing may seem steep, but the guidance when signing up, open discussion about goals and tools available, really makes this a gym for EVERYONE."

"Fantastic coaching! Despite having been active all my life, I'm brand new to lifting. The tips and suggestions by the coaches have been extremely helpful! Thanks for creating such a positive and welcoming experience :)"

The questions a salesperson would normally answer.

Read these before you tour. By the time you walk in, the only thing left to talk about is whether this is your kind of room.

I'm not in shape. Will I survive a class?

Yes. Everyone here started somewhere. Coaches scale every workout to what your body can handle today, not what it can handle in a year. We don't have a "fitness level" bar to clear before you walk in.

I've never lifted in my life. Is Ground Zero for me?

It can be, if you want it to be. Ground Zero rewards technique first. We start with a one-on-one introductory session to teach you how to move a barbell safely in the ways we use it. After that, the coaches walk you through the lifts at the level you're at in our group classes. You don't need to know what a clean is before walking in.

What's the cancellation policy?

On unlimited memberships we ask for notice in writing before the 15th of the month to make changes to the following month's membership. No tricks, no buried clauses. You can leave when you want to leave with the right notice.

Can I freeze my membership if I travel or get injured?

Yes. Talk to us before the 15th of the month and we can apply any holds for the following month. Holds can be applied for anything longer than 10 days, and can be requested twice a year. Life happens. We're not in the business of charging people who can't be in the room.

What if I book a class and miss it?

Cancel up to two hours before and there's no charge. Miss without canceling and you lose the credit and get charged $10. We do this so people who actually want the spot can have it. Side note: all our cancellation fees go toward an education fund for our coaches to take courses.

Where is Blended?

580 Wright Ave, Unit 101 in Dartmouth. Between Burnside and Dartmouth Crossing. Easy to find, free parking, never hard to get in and out.

Do you have showers and lockers?

Yes. We have a beautiful gender-neutral change area for all our members to use. Come straight from work, leave straight to whatever's next.

What's the average member like?

Average age 43. Busy career, some have kids, some have both. Not new to wanting to be fit, but often returning to actually being consistent. Mix of beginners and lifelong athletes. What everyone has in common is they decided they were done starting over.

I don't know which training room is right for me. How do I figure that out?

That's exactly what your tour is for. Every person starts there. We sit down, show you around the facility, chat about your goals, and learn where you're starting from. After that we can guide you toward which fitness program makes sense. You'll have more clarity before you need to commit to a single class.

What is the PEP session?

Pursuing Excellence through Performance. A real first session with our team where we do a full InBody body-composition scan, take blood pressure and grip strength, talk through your goals, and map your starting point. Every unlimited membership includes one. After this, your program is built around what your body actually needs, not a generic template.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month for the unlimited membership. Leave any time with notice before the 15th of the month. The punch pass has its own terms (expires one year from purchase). No long-term lock-ins.

Do you offer trials or discounts?

No. Everyone pays the same. We've built the gym so that the price is the price, and what you get inside is what justifies it. If a discount is the thing that gets you in the door, Blended probably isn't the right room for you, and that's OK.

Thirty minutes. No pitch. Just clarity.

Walk the full 11,000 sq/ft. Meet a coach. Get every remaining question answered. Leave knowing whether Blended is your kind of room, even if the answer is no.

01

See the space

The full facility, all three training rooms, the change rooms, the nutrition bar. See where you'd actually train, what the equipment looks like, how the place feels when people are in it.

02

Real conversation

A coach asks where you are, what you've tried, and what you want. No sales script. No pressure. We listen more than we talk. By the end you'll know which room makes sense for you.

03

Leave with clarity

You'll know exactly what your first week at Blended would look like. Whether you join or not, you leave with a clearer picture of what you actually need to make the next year different.

Tours are intentionally limited each month. We keep it personal, which means we can't do twenty a day. Pick a time that works for you and we'll have a coach ready when you arrive.

If you've read this far, you already know.

Pick a tour time. Walk the space. Meet a coach. Decide. Thirty minutes from now you'll either have your gym, or you'll have ruled us out. Both are useful.
